At their local watering hole, the two founders referred to each other a few wines by their “drinking names”, the initials on the label stand for more than just nicknames, but for a friendship rooted in curiosity and craft. Over many wines, the idea formed to create a wine that reflected the structure and power of Cabernet, while remaining soft, generous, and unmistakably TOPE.
